Samuel Smith’s: Organic Chocolate Stout, Vanilla Vodka & Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

6 (1 ½ oz.) Espresso shots
(1 ½ oz.) Vanilla vodka shots
1 (22 oz.) Samuel Smith's: Organic Chocolate Stout

1 pint whipping cream

1package of fresh red raspberries




Directions:
Combine 1 ½ oz. shot of Organic Chocolate Stout1 ½ oz. shot of vanilla vodka and 1 ½ oz. shot of espresso.

Chill contents in a cocktail shaker and pour into Martini glass.
Whip heavy cream in a chilled stainless steel bowl.
Top Chocolate Stout, Vanilla Vodka & Espresso Martini with whipped cream and a raspberry.

**Serve immediately with a Samuel Smith Organic Chocolate Stout Souffle.
